As part of my MA in Graphic Design, I created a conceptual collaborative tool that could generate an ever evolving typeface based on location.

Users could take photos of type wherever they are located and “My Type of Place” would merge these findings with previously uploaded examples.

I then explored how this technology could then be further explored for creating a typeface for a Festival - e.g. Cheltenham Festivals in the UK to create a new bespoke typeface generated by attendees based on their observations over the festival period.
